Trail Running group  

Is meant for people who has been doing running in asphalt or terrain by self or in a group. You can be a in a fitness level or someone who has goals and want to have change in your training. â€‹We will train together once a week with different themes and you will also get some tips for the strength and mobility training. 

 

Period: 5.3.-14.5.2025 (10 kertaa)

Day and time: Wednesday, start is between 17.00 to 18.00

Duration: 1-2 hours

Group size: 4 to 12 persons

​Price: ​150€ full season and 25€ one time (only if there is space)

Registration is open from Saturday 14.12.2024 to Saturday 15.2.2025.
